If you provide us with your contact details the Quality Improvement Agency for Lifelong Learning (QIA), as data controller, will process personal information provided by you to keep you informed about our services and to give you the opportunity to be involved in evaluation/improvement of our programmes. Your personal data will be held on a database by the Learning and Skills Network (LSN), on behalf of QIA, and will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. QIA or their business partners may contact you, directly or via their agents, by mail, email or phone to send you details of their services and of future events or activities related to QIA programmes. By providing QIA and LSN with your personal information, you consent to being contacted by those methods for these purposes. Should you wish to be removed from the LSN or QIA databases and no longer receive communications from neither LSN nor QIA, email unsubscribe@lsneducation.org.uk
