14-19 helpline
The 14-19 helpline supports all practitioners and managers who are involved in the delivery of key skills, transition to functional skills and their relationship to one of the following programmes:
- Functional Skills Support Programme
- Post 16 Citizenship
- Vocational Learning Support Programme
- New Diploma Support Programme
Our helpline provides information about resources, events and the latest developments in the 14-19 curriculum. Helpline service is available each day from 9am to 5.00pm.
We will always make sure that we answer your enquiry or signpost you either to one of the LSN programme teams or to an external partner who holds the expertise.
